Policies & Cancellations

  • Deposits

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

    This deposit goes toward your total balance and ensures your date and time are reserved.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling

    We require at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

    Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

    No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in being charged 50–100% of the service total.

  • Rescheduling Policy

    You may reschedule your appointment once with no additional charge if done 7+ days in advance.

    Additional reschedules may require a new deposit or incur a small fee.

  • Arrival & Set-Up

    We arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled time to set up your relaxing spa experience.

    Please ensure there is enough space available for setup (massage table, lighting, etc.).

  • Travel Fee

    A travel fee may apply depending on your location. This will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Group & Event Bookings

    For group sessions or self-care party packages, please inquire at least 2 weeks in advance.

    A signed agreement and larger deposit may be required for events or group bookings.

  • Media Consent (Optional)

    Occasionally, we may ask to take photos/videos (with your permission) for social media or portfolio purposes. You can always opt out—your comfort comes first!

  • Late Arrivals

    Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

    For group services, late arrivals may impact other guests' service times.
